Mark is a well-known, well-liked, and well-respected presence in Vancouver’s high-end car scene, with almost two decades of experience across multiple brands. He studied real estate, sociology, and marketing and sales management at UBC, and his career includes experience with Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover, Ferrari, and more. He was most recently General Manager of Ferrari Maserati of Vancouver, and prior to that honed his high-end pre-owned knowledge at Weissach Performance.
Chris Joined Pfaff through the Motorsports division back in 2012 as he competed in the final 2 races of the Porsche GT3 cup series of the season and taking home the win. 2013-14 Chris returned in the roll of Team race driver again for Pfaff motorsports representing the Porsche banner and he became more involved in promotional events across other brands within Pfaff’s banner. Being a great ambassador through Motorsports it was decided that Chris would join the team in a fulltime role as Brand Manager with the McLaren and Pagani brands while still representing Pfaff Porsche in the Canadian GT3 Cup championship. Previously having worked for an Electronic engineering consulting company in Montreal as Product Manager for close to 8 years, Chris had the understanding and ability to help grow a brand on a national platform. Chris is married and enjoys traveling, skiing, running and spending time with friends and family when he is not working or still racing.

Chris loved cars from a young age and could name every make and model he saw on the street as they drove by. He studied political science at Western University in London, while also managing a College Pro Painters franchise. He sold hi-fi equipment at a well-known Toronto audiophile store before joining the Pfaff group and worked with the Porsche and Audi brands before moving in 2019 to join the McLaren Vancouver team. Outside of work, Chris enjoys music, food, snowboarding, and family time. He speaks fluent French and lives in Coal Harbour.

Martin apprenticed and worked as a Red Seal Automotive Service Technician with two different BMW dealers in Metro Vancouver. During that time, he also worked as a crew chief for a Seattle based BMW racing team for 5 years and drove in several sprint and endurance races. After 23 years with BMW, he moved to McLaren Vancouver. In 2014, he trained in Woking, GB and achieved status as a McLaren P1TM certified technician. Martin now supervises the aftersales operations of the dealership and strives to build lasting and genuine relationships with his clients. Martin lives in Vancouver and enjoys ocean kayaking, travelling, photography, and track days with a focus on driver development.
Wilson has always been a car enthusiast, starting with his 1978 VW Scirroco, through multiple specialty Volkswagens, Audis, and Porsches, and has worked in the industry since 1999, representing the Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, and Jaguar brands. Prior to that, he studied mechanical engineering and AutoCAD technology at BCIT, and worked in the technology and retail advertising sectors. Wilson speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, and outside of work, enjoys time with his wife and three kids, cycling, swimming, and searching for unique restaurants.
At 14 years of age Shaun began his career in the automotive industry in the detailing department of one the largest Toyota dealerships in Ireland. He quickly moved up the ranks from Sales Administration to Senior Sales Executive and at only 21 was the number one performing Sales Executive in his province and one of the best in the Country. It was about that time when Lexus came calling and Shaun began the next step in his career as Used Car Manager for the Japanese giant. He worked tirelessly here until he moved to Vancouver in the summer of 2017, to live in the Super Car capital of North America. Shortly after his arrival he began his next chapter working with McLaren Vancouver. As a boy Shaun was enthralled with F1 and being Irish, McLaren was the team he loved most. For him the opportunity to be a part of the McLaren team and assist customers in their ownership is a dream come true.

Ever since the original McLaren F1 road car was on the cover of Road & Track, Alex was addicted to cars, and always knew he would work in the industry. He studied at BCIT to be an automotive service technician and has worked with the Honda, Nissan, BMW, and Porsche brands in various positions including lot attendant, apprentice technician, salesperson, and more. Outside of work, Alex likes to hang out with his car friends, talk about cars, attend car events, and go for drives; he also enjoys spending time with his family, his girlfriend, and his French bulldog. Alex speaks fluent Cantonese and lives in Surrey.
Kati has always been passionate about working in the automotive industry. After working and gaining experience in the interior design field, she began her career in the industry in January 2019. Kati studied interior design at the British Columbia Institute of Technology; outside work, she loves to work out (especially group classes) and spend time with her family and friends. Kati speaks fluent Farsi.
Hailey is originally from Terrace, BC and relocated to Vancouver to study psychology at Langara College. She began her automotive career in 2015 while living in Terrace during a gap year after high school. Upon graduating, Hailey decided to re-join the automotive industry which she has a passion for. An opportunity presented itself to join the Pfaff McLaren team in February 2018, where soon after Hailey joined the leasing division. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, staying active and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
Maria studied at the University of Manitoba and worked in the finance industry before moving into automotive in 2016. She has always been interested in both the sales and service sides of the business. Outside of work she volunteers for charities and participates in community events. Maria lives in Surrey and speaks Vietnamese.
